4 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Parking and Security

Three bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage less than one mile to Grayton beach and two miles to Seaside. All bedrooms have NEW Smart TV's. The living room has a 65" TV, DVD player, and a full sleeper. House has Amazon Fire TV, WiFi and a washer and dryer. Upstairs balcony/patio with outdoor seating. Downstairs has two decks to grill and relax on. Weber charcoal grill provided. Cottage is located in quiet 14 house neighborhood with a community pool. Four bikes included and bike paths to the beach outside back door. Beach chairs, beach toys and many other fun items included. Pack-n-play available. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and outdoor shops. (Golf cart not included but we have a 6 seater available for rent!!)
